Hey has anyone installed the Instrument Cluster Surround on their EVO? I see the 2 screws by the Instrument Surround. So do you just need to unscrew thoes and then what. Does it just clip into place? Thanks for your time

I did it. The instructions from Mitsu call you you to disconnect the batery first so you can remov ethe wiring harness from the gauge cluster. I was able to pull the two screws from the surround and slowly work the clear plastic cover off by releasing the clips (top & bottom), then sliding the surround in place. It is held in place by double-stick pads. B ecareful not to fingerprint the clear cover or scratch it trying to reove the finger prints. It's pretty delicate. Also be careful not to break the clips. All in all it was fairly easy and since I did not undo the electrical plug on the cluster I didn't have to remove the negative battery terminal.
