Arrow Hood vent removal

Is it easy to remove the hood vent for cleaning? How? I see the 3 or so plastic circular things as well as the funny looking silver rings holding the vent in place.

Yes, it's that easy Unscrew the round plastic pieces with a regular screwdriver and remove the two clips with a pair of needle nose pliers. I had a peice of double sided tape on the driver's side of the vent holding it to the hood, but was able to remove the vent while keeping the tape intact.

The rings don't hold the vent in place. Just six plastic round headed screws.
