I'm installing my Titek O2 and saw it comes with 2 studs and bolts. I figured so what, i'm going to use the stock bolts and springs.

Well, as I'm putting it all back together I notice the stock bolts are way smaller than studs and don't fit into the housing.

To me, it looks like I have 2 options....

1) Go to home depot and get new bolts, same as the stock ones just a little larger diameter, or
2) Use the studs and bolts, put the springs in a pile with the rest of the stock parts that aren't going back on the car.


Anybody else run into this? Am I missing something? (yes, I did search....it looks like the titek at one point accepted the stock bolts, i even found a picture of it on evom, but nothing about these studs)

Any help is appreciated.

well with my megan o2 housing the stock dp spring bolts threaded right it.... that joint there is made to flex so i wouldnt recommend putting regular bolts in...

that's what i was think as well.....looks like i'm off to home depot.
