First you need a phillips head screw driver, and 10mm socket wrench.
There are 2 bolts (10mm), and two plastic push-in (that need to be unscrewed) on the top near the hood latch. There is a metal piece with foam on it that will have to come off also that is held to the bumper with a push-in snap next to the hood release. Also make sure you remove the intercooler hose that's near the front driver head lamp. The hose is connected to another black hose next to the reservoir that holds your spray. That should take care of the top part.
Next, in the wheel wells there is one screw facing up-ward, that is a 10mm I think, that needs removed, along with 2 pus-in snaps that have to come out that are connecting the plastic wheel well cover to the bumper.
Finnaly, there are like 8-10 plastic push-in pins on the bottom of the bumper that must be un-screwed. Remove the front ones all first because there are so many of them underneath that don't have to come off.
After all that, remove the two screws that are holding the bumper in place on the front (once again 10,mm). They are located in the grill on the ends in the uper left and right hand corners.
It should take you like 10-15 mins. Also the bumper is held in with some fittings that just need to be wiggled lose.
That's a short sweet removal instructions. If you need more help, you probably won't, just e-mail me. I've had mine off several times. Good luck!

JWERNER24, not sure about the regular lancer, never touched one. Obvisiously your not goning to have a intecooler hose and what-not but maybe

TrippinFlip214, None of my parts broke yet, I may want to consider getting new plastic push-in's soon because those get wore in pretty quickly. You can get them at a dealership for cheap I sure. Other than that how did the install go?

im in the middle of the removal and i think its important that once u remove the clips and screws, make sure to clean the caked dirt before u put it back on or you'll go wrong later.
