new motor breakin procedure

I am trying to find a thread on the best way to break in the motor. Has anyone seen such a thread? I keep hitting the search button but I have not found it yet.

i broke in the motor the good ol fashion way... got about 100 miles on it... jumped on the freeway, and then opened her up!!! no issues with my car over a year on this one...
