I'm trying to paint my pillar trims on the inside of my evo. (The gray plastic piece where the seatbelts go into.)

Can someone help me out and show me how to remove the seatbelts so I can get this started.

oh the top part where you adjust it up and down, the outer piece pops off and then you can get to the bolt behind it... the lower part is kinda the same
