How to install front license plate bracket
ive searched around and could not find how to install a FRONT license plate bracket. Please send me the URL if you know it. Please and Thank you!

YES...thank you for the PDF. FINALLY SOME INSTRUCTIONS!!!
Although, the bumper on the pdf shows an Evo IX not an VIII if Im not mistaken. I have an VIII and I dont have any of the holes or locators in the install guide.
Does anyone have any suggestions or what they did to install this plate garnish kit to an VIII bumper??? I understand I will have to drill holes, I have the rubber nuts and machine screws but they seem too short.
I've read other threads but none seem to address the problem with actual solutions of what people did...HELP!!!
