Request: Tips on how to hide some wires.
Request: Tips on how to hide some wires.
Hey Guys since lots of people view this section and not the canadian sub forum i thought i could post up a request here - same thread is linked below.
I thought i would post here cause i don't really frequent the other sub forums on this site.
I have a Y-Splitter cable that connects a ipod/mp3 player to car stereo using the aux jacks underneath the AC panel.
My plan is to keep the aux jacks plugged in and hide the wire from the front and run the wires into the cup holders or in the middle compartment (i know some drilling is necessary). I just really haven't figured it out yet and didn't want to go blind into this DYI.
I attached a picture, not of my car, but it is kind of what i am looking to do to the car
anyone have any tips or tutorials on doing this possibly help removing the casing around the shifter and cup holders?

I usually uses black electrical tapes to disguise like the OEM wirings.
