HELP! Down pipe install

I have an o6 evo mr and I bought the TBE Tanabe and I cant figure out how to get the Down pipe off. I have been looking and cranking on stuff all day long. Does it unbolt from under the car? Any help would be great thans

2 bolts underneath the car...You will have to removed the tray to get to it...

There two of them and they look like the pic I attached correct? They are on there super tight how can I get it to break loose?

get a long ratchet extension and attach it to a breaker bar...spray it with some pb, juice some roids, and have at it

and if the great god put you on this earth to be one weak *****, then find someone (or a shop) with an impact gun
