BR Underhood metal bushing install
Does anyone have the dimensions for these? I'm going to make them myself since I have access to a lathe and aluminum. I'm just trying to save time by making them in advance rather than making them after I remove the old bushings.
Putting these in my car this week, along with a Competition Stage 2 Unsprung Clutch, ACT Pro-Lite Flywheel, and SS Upper and Lower lines. I've been getting grinding in 4th, clutch lockout in almost every gear above 6500 RPMS, Clutch Slippage at times going above 25 psi.... Will let you guys know how much of a difference this all makes
Are they stuck on the posts? Or stuck in the cables? Are they stock?
I found the stock bushings to be quite easy to take apart with some pliers.
Has anyone else with these bushings had trouble getting the pin back in the big bushing? Mine is way too thick. Stocker barely fits, BR bushing is the same thickness as the post. Cant even come close to seeing the pin hole.

Just put mine in today with the shifter bushings. Amazing difference. It's a lot easier to shift hard now where the old bushings and tranny were getting a little tired of me beating up on them. Poor car is getting old but definitely recommend this.
