BOV installation (EVO)
im gona buy the Turbo XS RFL Blow Off Valve but i was wondering how hard it is to put in. please if u know of have a link it would be greatly appriciated, ive searched but couldnt find. and if u have the bov how is it? (with a stock evo) thanks in advance
Put a rag over the fan shroud - you will cut the sh*t out of your hand if you don't
You'll need some type of lube to squeeze the end into the hose - very tough on the Pruven bov (Greddy-s-something or other).
They should be your only concerns

Well, its heald now..
Thats the greatest part of working on cars...u get war-woonds. A BOV like that should be no problem to instal, unlike my damn GReddy Type-R. That BOV is so freakin huge i had to jam that bastard in to fit it between the battery, the radiator hose and motor. I have so excelent scars after installing it. good luck tho

Dudes, get a nice pair of Mechanix gloves from any auto parts store. No more ripped fingers.. and pretty much the only thing you'll have to remove to get to the BOV is the intake funnel. Then all you need is a socket wrench and some pliers.
