Stock Manifold Not Aligning to Stock Hotside :(
Hi, I have an evo 9 se. I bought it used with intake/ UICP and full exhaust.
I purchased a stock manifold and had it ported by buschur and started to install it.
Upon removing the aftermarket Megan manifold I noticed the previous owner used 1 nonoem nut and bolt - Initially I figured that he had lost the original and improvised.
It wasn't until 5 hours later after figuring out my mistakes and cleaning up everything else(downpipe, align turbo to seat the manifold, etc etc) that I realized the issue.
I was going to torque all the bolts when I noticed the one questionable hole with the non-oem nut/bolt was not aligned with my manifold.
I don't understand why the hole wouldn't be in the proper place - both turbo and manifold are OEM.
Please assist, thank you.
Here's are pictures:
1. Shows a topview and in the upper left corner
- Colored section of hotside where a threadhole should be for the OEM bolt.
2. Shows the relationship of the manifold to the hotside - they align physically but not emotionally
I kid, but the holes don't align in that one spot.

I received a suggestion that a bolt was broken off in the hotside and not drilled properly.
I'm pretty sure that's the case here - fawk, still would like a proper hotside to fix the issue.
