Need to remove windshield/roof molding

How do i remove the molding on the windshield that runs up over the roof and onto the rear windshield without breaking anything? are there special tools needed?

also how do i reinstall the molding?

I just pulled mine off. Be careful not to bend it but a screwdriver is all you really need.
