How to install OEM exhaust manifold?

I purchased the car and it has an Ebay exhaust manifold. One of the bolts is broken off that attaches to the motor. I am putting an OEM one on the car. Is this a fairly straight forward swap? Any advice welcomed.

its fairly simple. take out the 4 bolts that hold the turbo down. then theres two 12 or 14mm bolts on the bottom corners of the manifold. then theres 7, 10 or 12mm bolts that hold the manifold to the head. 3 on the bottom 4 on the top. if you spray them down with wd40 for half and hour and let them soak your shouldnt break any studs. make sure you have the right wrenches, sockets, extensions and you should be fine

I had the car inspected at a local tuner shop and they noted it but didn't seem overly concerned.

Thanks for the instructions!!

Here is a pic of the broken head stud. It's one of the bottom ones that attaches to the head. Is this a pain in the *** to remedy?

If and when I get the bolt extracted should I go to a dealer for a replacement? Or are there any other ones folks suggest?

Judging by the amount of rust in that picture I would get a whole new set of hardware. It wouldn't hurt to get a tap set and run it through the threads on the head to clean them up before re-inserting new studs either.

I agree. I went to the dealer yesterday and purchased the nine studs and a heat shield. I just need to get the tap set now and some anti seize.

Should I need a retune immediately after switching from the Ebay/Megan manifold back to the OEM one?

Would just cleaning up the cylinder head exhaust stud threads with a wire brush and put some anti-seize on work as well, and potentially save a metric $hit ton of head aches? I'm just worried about more breaking off while trying to change them out.
