Camshaft install. Cam timing instructions

Ive searched quite a bit recently and i cant find a write up on camshaft install instructions. I remember reading them on here before.

What im more interested in is the sequence of installing and torquing the cam cap onto the engine and the torque specs associated.

Im also interested in some instructions on how to install a timing belt and time everything properly. All instructions that ive read mention how to put things to TDC and then just dont let anything move. Well Whats the propper position of all of the pullys? I understand i want the crank and both cam gears at the TDC marks. What about the pulley that is to the right of the crank pulley? I want to say its the oil pump pulley? Maybe? It also has a white mark on it and there is a triangular marker in the upper left corner of the circumference. Should this be lined up too?

I could have sworn i saw these write ups on here before.

thanks for any help guys.

Ok this part about aligning the oil pump sproket? I havent really hear of anyone ever doing this. And i dont remember doing this when we put my cams in. Of course it looks like the sproket was not in time with everything else when i took the belt off. Wich is why i started to look further into this. The car was like this for 20kmiles and didnt seem to have a problem really. But i would like to do things properly.

Anyone ever done this?

Oh an i also dont see the service manual talking about a special way to torque down the cam caps? It does give the torque spec but isnt there a special sequence? I just want to make sure i do this right.

Thanks again.

That right hand lower oil pump sprocket rotates at like 3 times faster. The other day I had to roate the engine a few times to get it to line up before removal.really you just need to make sure both balance shafts are phased with each other.

Hmmm ok i guess ill just do the procedure then to be sure that everything is within time? I dont know how else to verify that the balance shafts are within in time.

Also i do not see a specific sequence to torquing down the cam caps? I thought there was a special technique. From the inside out or something like that.
