EVO V front fog light bulb change

Does anyone know how to change EvoV's front fog light bulbs??

You must take the front bumper off. There are bolts underneath the car in the engine bay rails & also all the plastic screws

I also did so without removing the front bumper, hopefully you guys find this helpful!
