Is there a way to change fog lights without taking the bumper off?

Is there?

Also, 55w regular halogen bulbs (I got Nokya 2500k) are fine to install? I dont know the wattage of the stockers so, I dont want to melt my wiring or start a fire.

fog light install

there is a how to and i google it before. I have done it and very easy, no need to take the bumper off...good luck..

by the way im not sure of the 11 gsr cause i have 08 but here is the link for it...

Yes. Jack up the front of the car and remove the front section of the plastic undertray.
