does anyone have any helpful tips on how to remove scuff marks on the headliner and cleaning

 

Just use a pre-wash fabric spray/spotter on it and then lightly rub it with a clean cloth.

I've always done this with cloth trim pieces in my various cars and never had an issue other than needing to then clean the entire piece since the freshly cleaned piece now shows just how dirty the rest of the fabric is!
