Black Headliner???

I was wondering if anyone new about a black headliner and visors that would fit an '06 Evo IX. Is there an after market one available or would a lancer headliner work?

I would really like an all black interior.

Thanks in advance

the lancers headliner is the same as yours. Youre going to have to do a custom job if you want a black headliner. Search, people have done it before.

Thanks for the responses. I'm not knockin mitsu for doing the two tone, it's just something I wouldn't mind changing while the car is out for winter. A project to make the days till summer pass by quicker lol.

I had a mirage in high school I wanted to convert over and always loved the full black interior as well.

if your gunna take it out i have several friends who have suede wrapped the headliner and mirrors and then blacked out the interior trim pieces for a great clean look, not hard to do, just time consuming

What is an "ipillar" Not every car does this, I know most cars that I have ever seen have all one interior color.

There are some people here on EvoM that you can probably find by searching that have done some custom suede interiors and made everything black inside.

M3's have them, VW's have them, most porsches match the headliners with the seat colors. Its just so damn clean and sporty sitting in a car with a black headliner.

I love how our cars don't come with black headliners. The interior feels airy and spacious. I've owned (German) cars with black interiors for the bulk of my life. It's a pleasure not having to sit inside a darkroom.
