hey everyone, new to the forum and been reading for a good hour now but could still use a little guidance. i will be dropping my tranny and TC to have rebuild. is there a write-up with pics that will help me to the finest details?. im planning on doin this in my garage. also will be installing a new clutch and flywheel. also during the summer while driving very hard my dipstick pops out. bad pcv? any tips would be amazing. i dont plan on pulling the motor but since ill be pulling everything else out i will but dont want to disconnect my a/c, etc. pics help me out a ton!

tips- best street-able clutches? cam recommendations?

MY GOAL IS 400AWHP BY MID SUMMER.(summer will have) stock motor w/sheptrans. i have bushur intake and downpipe back exhaust. all input will be greatly appreciated!

 

As for the dipstick popping out, it is just a little blow by doing that, Squeeze the dipstick tube with a pair of pliers a little and it will be fine or buy the spring that a couple companies make to hold it down.

Exedy twin is a nice clutch. I like the stock pedel feel of it. It is more grabby than stock and perfect for your HP level.

 

i joked around with my buddies about a spring but that cant be right... just doesnt seem like the right thing to do. no updated valve i can get for it? just the spring?
