I thought iridiums usually come pre gapped for evo plugs. ? Oh well if not check them to be in the stock gap range (0.020 - 0.024). Usually try and run the highest gap to where the car doesnt break up under boost. Iridiums should last longer than 10k on a normal daily driven evo. Now on my evo 8 with ngk coppers i try and swap those out every other oil change because they are cheap to buy and i dont drive that often.
