Ok so I'm about to hit 30k miles on my 09 es and was gonna change oil, spark plugs, clean air filter, rotate tires and so on. I was just curious what spark plugs I should use for my change. I have never changed the plugs on the car and actually not even sure how to ( my fiance's dad is gonna help me). Thanks in advance guys.

 

stock spark plugs are made to last to 100k, dont waste your time or money changing them.

the stock plugs are iridium. I am at 64k miles with 0 issues, my brothers ES was at 78k miles before it was totaled, neither had the plugs changed.

 

Oh ok that's great, thanks for the help. So other than the oil and filter is there anything else I should really change then(coolant, power steering, brake fluid ect...)? I've heard some guys saying you should change your CVT fluid at 30k, the only thing is I bought it used with 11k miles on it so I would think they changed it then, but then again you know how some stealerships can be.

 

CVT fluid was NOT changed at 11k i can guarantee you that, change it at 60k y oull be ok, change the cabin air filter , oil, air filter, and top off the coolant, brake fluid is good same with power steering.
