Peeling Brembos on IX - will warranty cover it?

Hey fellas, so I noticed the clearcoat on 3 of 4 for my brembos peeling and I am wondering if it is covered under warranty. Here is my situation though, I'm not sure if the car will qualify for it to be replaced. I'm the second owner (bought from mitsu dealer) and the car is an IX with 39K. Sure i can just paint it up but, if it can be replaced under warranty with no cost to me, then why not? Let me know if I can get it fixed at the dealer (if yes, advise me how to make the claim at the dealer) or if i'm better off doing it myself.

Always try at the dealer first. It would be stupid to just go get them refinished at your own cost with you have a warranty and didn't ask dealer. If one won't do it go to another. Mitsubishi will fix this issue.

The rule is that they can only replace them if you are the original owner. BUT i would go try it because some dealers can be cool, plus if you recently bought the car you should be able to get them replaced by *****in at them, it doesn't hurt to try anyways.
