Battery Relocation pics

Just finished relocating the battery to the trunk. Got a aluminum box from Racenet, along with a wire kit from Taylor. Installationg was a breeze. Alot easier than I thought it would be. Took about an hour and a half. Better feel going into corners. Maybe it's just my head playing games with me, but I'm happy

There's so much more room in the engine bay!!! Ready for upper intercooler pipes now!!!
see image #1 below

Tranny is easier to get to now too!!!!
see image #2 below

Still room for a speaker back there!
see image #3 below

Pretty good quality box and wires. Here's a side view

Here's a shot of the back of the box

IMO, it's an easy mod, with good results. I'm very satisfied. Let me know what you think!

LOL.....naw dude, that's a kerosene heater.....it's not on, don't worry. My pops keeps it in the garage for when he and/or I work on our cars in the winter.

Looks so nekkid in the engine bay now. At least it'll be a bit easier to do a clutch install now since you don't have to remove the battery, tray, and detach all that junk from the tray anymore.
