Brake Flaring Tool

So I'm slowly doing a semi-build (build thread coming soon). The brake line tuck is holding me back from finishing the rest of the car ATM.

I've tried the HF POS Brake Line Flaring Tool and I can get it to bubble flare pretty good, but not perfect. I don't want to risk anyone's life because of a bad flare. And yes, I did deburr and chamfer the pipe. Here's what I have:

I figured there's must be a more professional flare tool and I found these:

I'm leaning towards the Eastwood style vise mounted flare kit $250. The hydraulic looks nice but those are around $400.

Have any of you tried these "pro" models or is there something else out there? I don't mind spending the $400 as I'll probably get my $$$ back after doing a couple of custom brake lines, but if the vise mounted one works just as well if not better then I'll go for that.
