Looking at buying my first evo

Brand new to the forums as I'm in the market for my first evo. I found one that looks promising but I wanted to come to you guys for your opinion(s) before I drive 4 hours one way to look at it.

Everything I know(what I've been told):
2005 EVO 8 in Wicked White
102k miles
Timing belt changed at 100k
Pushing 20 psi boost
3 inch "straight pipe", other then that the car is stock
Asking $14,400
Exterior is mint, zero rust

Problems:
ACD Pump not working
ABS light is on
Seats are a little worn

A few questions.

1) Is it worth his asking price with the current problems?
2) Would the broken ACD pump cause any driveability problems or would it be fine to drive with until it gets fixed?
3) How much would it run me to get the ACD pump rebuilt or replaced?

I know it's not much to go off of, especially since I haven't driven it yet and with no pictures but any help is very much appreciated.

You are better off trying to find one with no malfunctions. If unreally like it, get a pre purchase inspection so you know what you are getting into

ACD is not as huge of a deal but the ABS issue could be costly, not only with money but also your life. Either haggle him down a lot or keep searching around. Look around here for some cars for sale too.
