Hi, the motor makes the normal noise,but the roof won't open or tilt(up-down).Problem is when raining.I can feel there is wather dropping from it.
It's not fully closed ....Help

 

You'll have to take the headliner off.

Most likely the 4 small screws holding the motor up, backed out and now the gears don't line up and so nothing happens when the motor turns.

Pretty common issue. Put some blue threadlocker when you put the screws back in.

 

what he said^^^ i had the same issue when i first bought my car. with a friend it took me about an hour and half from start to finish. and when you put it back together look up the reset configuration on here somewhere. youll need it for the buttons to work properly again.
