If I remember correctly, that one screw you may be having trouble with is really just held in place with a rubber grommet. Therefore, you might have to get behind the bumper with a finger or something to stop the grommet from spinning in the bumper while you unscrew it.

Hope that is it.

Thats exactly what the problem is. Thanks... Now I just have to figure out how to stop it from spining. The finger thing isn't working...

on my car that piece\bolt you refer to was just a piece of large Vac line on a Phillips screw with no bolt or washer on the end, i was able to gently wiggle mine out with no tools but my fingers (needle nose lockgrips would be nice tho!)

You were able to wiggle the screw out or the hole rubber piece w/ the screw?
