I'm wrestling with symptoms that may well be clutch drag. Are we better off adjusting the pedal (which I already have a bit) or using the adjusted rod?

from what people are telling me i guess that is right but how much do we adjust im no car expert and it says the pedal nees freeplay what does that mean i saw a pic on RRE's website and how much is enough to adjust the pedal and when can we tell its to much adjusting is there something specific we can look for?

ok update i adjusted the clutch to where it goes in all gears with ease but reverse is the same is this normal with the act clutch u have to first put it in first then reverse and it goes in with ease.

LOL wait wait wait forget about my comment above I adjusted the pedal and btw...it still did it this morning not as bad as before but still had trouble so now I’m thinking my pedal releases so friggen high now and if i adjust it anymore this is ridiculous. I wont even be able to race it...the rod is on the way and will this really help me out? How many people have used it thanks.

i know this is an old thread but i have an exedy twin with shep tranny and my pedal adjustment is all the way out. Will getting this rod help at all. I can't stand how far out the pedal is right now. And even with it all the way out it still doesnt shift smooth really. Please Help
