Plug Wire Hard to Pull Off

I was just trying to check the spark plugs and the freakin wires are so hard to pull off from the plug. Did anyone have a same problem? I wanted to confirm with someone that I'm not breaking anything other than my fingers.
Any advice?

yep they are hard to come off, I don't recommend yanking them out violently. A firm and continous pull got mine out.
Regards.

I need some help on installing new spark plugs. I bought 4 NGK BPR 7ES plugs from Lancershop. Do I need to change the gap? Someone I think said you need a 13/16 sixe socket becasue a regular plug socket won't do it. I have never changed plugs so it may sound dumb, but i just don't want to screw anything up. Thanks
