Defi BF Exhaust Temp Meter

I was wondering which part should I attach the exhaust temperature sensor to? should i put it on the manifold or after the manifold on the downpipe?
anyone done this b4?

would appreciate if there were pics attached too...

alfred,

thanks for the link....

i did the similar thing that evomotorsports had guided regarding the EGT sensor... i tried that on my previous mitsubishi lancer gsr turbo, and it melted my sensor and it was beyond repair.

anyone has tried the way evomotorsports did on the exhaust manifold and faced no problems?

btw, i'm using the Defi BF meters..
