How do you put the rear seat back down ?

How do you put the rear seat back down ? I found the pull-tabs to release the rear seat bottom, but could not find any levers / pull-tabs to release or put the rear seat back down ... I looked in the passenger compartment, on the rear shelf, and in the trunk, but couldn't see how to put the rear seat back down. Thanks in advance for the help.

P.S. I bought my car used, and it didn't come with a manual. I also tried search, but evidently 'rear', 'seat' and 'down' are too common to generate any meaningful results.

The evos have a cross bar to maintain rigidity. It's right at the opening where the seats would fold down. Because of this bar, the seats do not fold down since there would be no point.

I think he is talking about re-installing the lower (seat part) of the rear seat. Mabye he pulled the tabs, removed the seat and cant get it to lock back down? I have mine out and have never installed them again, mabye Ill go try it real fast and let you know how.
