Greddy profec b 2 issues

Greddy profec b 2 issues
I've spent numerous hours searching threads, trying this and trying that. My problem is i just recently installed my greddy ebc, and it will not boost over 10psi now. I checked for any boost leaks and none were found. According to my searches, all my vacuum lines are hooked correctly. I did buy a used unit could the solenoid be defective? Does anyone know if the solenoid was defective would it let you boost 10 psi? Any help will greatly be appreciated.

That's what i was thinking as well, does anyone know of a good place to get the solenoid ? Just checked the greddy site and they are like 200.
