Replacing TOB question

I read the How To on releasing the throw out bearing, but I was wondering can you replace one the same way. As far as doing it through the inspection hole. Do you have to take everything off? My TOB is rattling like crazy and I'd like to make it stop. I'm getting ready to do my 60k timing belt service so I thought that while I was at it I would knock out the TOB.

The clutch is an ACT with around 25k miles on it. I was going to replace the TOB with an oem TOB. I was afraid I'd have to take the tranny off. Thanks for the reply.
