Look for o2 housing and/ or hotside removals and from there just do the oil feedline on the intake side of the turbo. It's not hard, only if you come across stuck or stubborn bolts.

I have a gently used FP Green sitting in my garage. I plan to make a video of the install. It takes a lot of extra time to shoot the video during an install. That coupled with the fact that my car is a daily driver makes me want to do my homework before I tear into it. I have a few questions:

1. What gaskets/seals will I need?

Turbo to manifold
Turbo to O2 housing
O2 housing to downpipe (while I'm at it)
Anything on the oil lines?

2. Any tips for 120,000 mile exhaust system bolts? Spray with penetrating oil a few hours before removal and use air tools?

Thanks!

You'll also need the manifold to head gasket.

Also the manual says to replace all washers/gaskets on the water and oil lines.

That's 4 on the oil feed pipe, 2 on the oil return pipe, 2 on the water feed pipe, and 2 on the water return pipe.

Do you happen to have the part number for the studs?

I did a search and couldn't find it. Perhaps I need to dig deeper. Was the How-to about the FP Green?

Pardon my ignorance, but do you have to take off the manifold?

No needed but it makes it a heck of a lot easier to get everything out then work on it on the bench

Remove Radiator and Fan
Remove Intake
Disconnect DP
Disconnect oil and water lines
" O2 connector
" LICP
Remove the bolt for the manifold bracket to block
Remove the Exhaust manifold nuts

Take the whole unit out of the car and work on a bench. Re asseble everything and put it back in the car as one unit

I would use all brand new gaskets

Interesting... The FP Green came bolted to a stock manifold and Megan O2 housing. However, I have no idea of the condition of the gaskets. Maybe I should do a gasket inspection (tough to do while it's still assembled) and save myself the disassemble/reassemble time?
