Change gaskets while off or you'll be kicking yourself for not doing it. Important gaskets, exhaust manifold /head. Exhaust mani to hotside, gasket for o2 housing, downpipe gasket. All oem except downpipe, depends on the brand. Antiseize on the studs that you're installing or bolts.

Port the exhaust mani, o2 housing, and hotside while off the car.

If the green is bolted to a manifold and O2 already. Re-torque O2 housing, mani to hotside bolts and drop her in there. I wouldn't take it all apart

The just connect your lines and support bracket to it

Main thing is if your gonna seperate everything get new OEM gaskets. Make sure there is an OEM metal O2 housing gasket as the ones that come from Megan are crap

take off the exhaust mani and downpipe... theres a bolt that holds the o2 housing to some bracket, unbolt it(1 bolt).. unbolt the oil return line and the oil line up top.. disconect the waterlines... also lower intercooler pipe comes off... after that, the turbo will pull right out... no need for taking out the radiator... however, if u have the stock heatshield on that goes around the o2 housing, GOODLUCK taking that off... haha, very easy instal tho

remove the bolt for the manifold bracket to block
remove the exhaust manifold nuts

take the whole unit out of the car and work on a bench. Re asseble everything and put it back in the car as one unit

i would use all brand new gaskets

Is it possible to take off the o2 housing support bolt without removing the downpipe? I am trying and think I might have stripped it. There's just no room with the downpipe still on the car.

When you disconnect the oil and the water line, are you going to see oil and water everywhere??
how do you stop this from happening?
