Rear isnt hard...just some 10lb fishing line and a heat gun or hair drier.....front bumper has to be cut off(correct me if im wrong) its held via the mesh covering. I would remove the front bumper just becuase im maticulous and **** about being clean and getting the whole view of things. good luck
Putting the rear back on will be OEM double sided tape at got some cheap stuff at pep boys..the front.....well i dont know..use your imagination till someone chimes in.

front is is held on by 2 screws, you have to take the bumper off and you will see the screws from behind

you can actually take the front emblem a part more. just look behind the two hooks at the back and you are looking at the doublesided tape on the chrome emblem only. saving you time taping off the black plastic piece. BECAREFUL PUSHING OFF THE CHROME PIECE

Can I just take the chrome piece off of the black piece instead of removing the whole bumper? Btw thanks for the pics that's exactly what
i wanted.

Yes you can but you run the risk of breaking or badly scraching the emblem. you can take off the assembly without removing the bumper, just remove the clips at the top of the grill and unscrew the one screw holding it. It is a tight fit but you should be able to do it with minimal scraches on your arm.
But remember Confucius says "The lazy man works twice"
