Help Installing Cams on IX MR

I havnt started yet but it seems a lot of people have been posting requesting how to's with regard to installing camshafts. If anyone has any tips or guides please let me know but my question is regarding using zip ties so the timing belt doesnt fall off. If im replacing my timing belt at the same time should i zip tie, install new cams, then change belt? or change belt, zip tie, then install cams?
