The hardest part is shaping the curve to ur front bumper and mounting points. The best way to do it is to take the bumper off and just set it on the panel and trace. there will be some minor trimming after that: 1) for ur licp, depending on what ic you have, 2) a hole for the jack point and tow hook on the crossmember, if u want these to be exposed, and 3) trim the base closer to the brace for mounting. set aside a weekend and that should do it. pm me for any advice

Glad I found this. I had just ordered some carbon and kevlar to make my undertray and thought that the 50" roll would be wide enough to span the front. I would have been 12" short. Thanks for posting that diagram!

So I have a question. Are you able to install a front CF lip and an actual Beatrush Undertray together?

Negative...I have also since bought an o2 dump, so i cut an additional hole in the panel. the dump tube melted the edge of one part of the hole but thats because it was touching it. the panel is right up under the downpipe an there is no melting. And i even secured the middle of the panel to one of the holes in the cross-member with a plastic rivet and still no melting. this material is stronger than i thought..

Just looking at the dimensions. You used a 4x8 sheet of FRP.

How is it possible that the piece is 4'3" long x 5'2" wide?

I want to go grab the stuff to do it but that just doesn't add up to me from an 8x4 sheet.
