What are the wires for? I am like dumb founded lol. Sorry if I sound like a noob.

Most likely grounding wires, but I have never seen anything like that before with an exhaust. I didn't get any with my ARC titanium exhaust. Are there any screws or bolts to fasten them to on the exhaust? If so, then grounding wires for sure. If not, than maybe some sort of support? No idea.

Weird.

I dunno, I assumed it was for some kinda DIY hangers, I threw them out, works fine with the real hanger mounts once you get them lined up right
