You're going to need more than standard tools, torque wrenchs, etc..

Things that I saw that were not mentioned of fth top of my head...

Other than basic hand tools...
-Feeler gauges to check the deck flatness and piston ring gap.
-bore gauge to check cylinder bore.
-plasti-gauge strip at least to check main and rod bearing clearnaces.
-I'm drawing a blank right now on the name of the tool but something to check the end play on the crank.
-Once again drawing a blank on the tool name but the tool used to check the amount of stretch on the rod bolts.
-Flat Edge to check the deck flatness.
-Torque Wrench. Probably 2. One that goes from 5-75 foot pounds and another that goes from 50-250 or 300 foot pounds.
-Very fine grit sand paper.
-Molylube.

Sorry no links right now on tools.
Good thread idea though!

Dial bore gauge would be nice, dial indicators would be necessary for checking end play of the crank. feeler gauges, a straight edge, ball gauges, good set of micrometers. Im sure you will find more things your need as you go. GL with the build
