no, different bulbs...

2 screws to remove the trim, 3 screws to remove the cluster, two large plugs to unplug..

The cluster bulbs ALL went out together? very well may not be a bulb, but a fuse... just a thought for you..

^+1, also when you go to remove the cluster from the dash, when you remove the trim piece, if you pop out the little dash piece to the left of the cluster it will make it much easier to get out, and lower the steering wheel of course.

Just wondering but will replacing the cluster bulbs also fix the dimness of the needles or do the needles have separate bulbs?

the needles are illuminated by the same bulbs, brighter bulbs will make it all brighter... the issue becomes getting an 'even' lighting, rather than an unevenness of bright and dim spots.

I would definitely recommend getting factory style bulbs. I replaced mine with leds, and the light distribution is uneven.

Only way I've seen them done and looking *good* is with multiple SMDs that distribute light sideways and forward, but the problem is the bulb length is so long, it puts the top SMD too close to the cluster overlay, and doesn't allow for even light distribution.

Super easy, I did this last week.

(2) screws holding trim

(3?) cluster screws

Unplug harness

Pull out the cluster (Actually the hardest part for me, I had to flip it sideways)

You'll see the bulb, just twist and replace.

The lights have a white cover on them. You can pull this off and it will help brighten the cluster a little bit. its not as extreme as the LED lights, but it does improve it.

My questions about the cluster is, how do you get to the Headlight light? I cant seem to get to it without pulling the back completely off. There is no access on the back like with the other lights.
