Where is the best place to put AIT sensor?

I've seen a thread somewhere asking the same question but the guy was basically asking if he should put AIT sensor before or after the meth injection nozzle. I've seen people weld a bung on the intake mani, but also on the IC pipe.

So my questions are ...
1. Which is a better place to put the AIT sensor? IC pipe, or on the intake manifold?

2. Does the location of where you put the sensor matter? For example, is putting the sensor close to the intake manifold but on the IC pipe better than putting the sensor close to the bov? Same question goes for the intake manifold. Where you put the AIT sensor on the intake manifold make a difference?

I'm considering about going speed density ...

Chime in everyone.

Thanks in advance.

I have mine on my intake manifold right at the top so it looks factory to the untrained eye. I will also take pics and post them up for you.

I would say intake manifold, but if you dont want to put it there then on the bottom of the upper intercooler pipe.

Please don't get me wrong when I ask you this. I'm asking because I don't know ...
Why would you say that it is better to have it on the intake manifold?

Thanks for posting pics. So, when you say bottom part, this is just after the intercooler, right?

In those pictures, yes, it is just after the intercooler. This is where I am planning on installing my sensor as well...

I had another question ...
So, if the purpose of placing the AIT sensor up stream of the meth injection nozzle to avoid the sensor getting the meth, what would be the purpose of placing the AIT sensor on the intake manifold? Wouldn't the AIT sensor get soaked with the meth since it is at down stream of the meth injection? Or, is the intake manifold the place to put AIT sensor if you are not going to run meth?
Does my logic make sense?
Anyone?

It does make sense, it works fine there and you can tap into the wires for the MAF so it saves u unnecessary wiring. ill tell you tho SD is the way to go
