go to EBAY and type in. evo 8 rear wiper plug. there is a guy machining these things for many cars including the evo. i just bought one and will have a small review once i get it in.
instead of making another thread ill just add some pictures to help people with a cleaner install. yes you can just buy the plug and remove the motor and put the plug and be done with it. which looks like this:

i decided that looked sloppy and decided to cut the center out of the rubber backing piece:
started the hole with a razor blade and finished with scissors
installed it then the plug

this looks alot better and is worth the extra 5 minutes to do.
