Rexpeed lisence plate bracket (cf) install?!

I'm extremely frustrated that I just paid $120 for a piece that's just "wrapped" in c/f first off. Second of all There are no screw holes to hold the plate on, third I have NO idea how to install this on my car seeing as there was not a front plate on the car when I bought it.

I have searched through other threads with no help so I'm asking you all to please give me a little love here.

Any clues as to how this is held on to my car would be appreciated

Note: there is no grill mesh covering my intercooler (if that even matters)

I bought this off lancershop and their picture was a little different, this one is accurate.

Yes, cf covers the whole thing
And for this problem I went to mitsubishi in my area and got the metal bracket piece that attaches this piece to the bumper

im bored, and want a cigg, so ill go take you some pix of mine mounted, and post them up here for you. wont take off the plate tho bc it was a complete b*tch to get on, i actually had to bend the bracket a bit to adjust it for my bumper.

this was it separated, uninstalled.

this is closer to the driver side, you should be able to see the 10mm bolt going up into the bumper.
the rubber stopper that you can put a bolt into, i tried putting that there so it would rub/scratch, didnt work out well

this is from the passenger side. this sides mount goes practically even/just behind the mesh screen.

i might end up cutting off the extra support pieces that arent being used to prevent further scratching.

So it's only held on with that one bolt underneath? I'm going to be trying to put mine on today. This is the most complicated expensive damn process for a lisence plate I've ever seen.

Hmmm....my install didn't require a bracket for the evo 9. I just pulled off the stock plastic license plate frame, bolted this one on (required some dremeling for the holes to line up) and then put the plate on.

Only problem with the evo 9 method is it leaves three holes in your bumper.
