for that you just need to disassemble them fully. call wherever you want them PCd from and ask what the need off the calipers to PC them. usually gotta be pretty clean or theyll hot tank em fast.

Whatever you do, Don't split the calipers. They are a PITA to get resealed since there's an o-ring in between the rear halves. Also, if you PC them make sure whoever does them doesn't coat over where the banjo bolt connects the brake line. It wont seal.
I just finished mine and I learned a lot and if you do replace the front dust boots and seals, order them from Subaru (part 26297FE010) they're less than half the price Mitsu or Girodisc will charge you and they're genuine brembo parts. The rears you might wanna get from Girodisc if you need them because the suby ones are smaller.

I too was told also NOT to split the calipers in half when rebuilding, but just to shoot it full of air and out pops the pistons. trying this tues or wed.

You are right do not seperate they are laser cut surfaces and you will not get them to seal again. Use air to get pistons out. and replace seals. Polish pistons real good and use lots of btrake fluid for reassembly.....Dont powder coat them cause it will ruin the seals on laser cut halves.
