Need Help, Car Starts but Steering Wheel is locked, i changed out the ignition switch but forgot to set it up in the right position, turned the key and it would not go into the lock position. Then I was moving the steering wheel until it locked and then after a few left to right and right to left jerks of the wheel it finally let the key go. Finally installed the ignition switch correctly and car starts but the steering wheel is locked. Tried to forcefully unlock the wheel but nothing is working. I've tried to work the key and wheel but still not unlocking. Like I stated the car starts but the Steering wheel is locked. Please help. Thanks
