Alright, so I have the chargespeed bottom line kit. Side skirts no issue. But I have an SE, which has the front lip that flares out. So as expected, the chargespeed lip won't fit (bottom line kit retains the stock skirts and lip). My friend also has an SE and said he tried an MR lip and it didn't seem to work either. Anybody here know the answer to this issue. Is it just the GSR lip that will work? That seems kind of dumb if that is the case.....

 

Did you get the evo 9 kit and not the 8? Cuz those are diff

 

That is a good point. I'll check. I know that my kit is the Evo 9, but my friend that tried it on the MR lip, I'm not sure. I'll make sure to double check that (a) his kit is a 9 kit and (b) the lip he tried was a 9 MR lip. I'm just trying to make sure so that I don't waste money ordering the wrong type of OEM lip to replace my SE lip

 

It's a 9 kit and 9 MR lip..... Still no fit, unless doing something wrong.....:/

It says 'except mr' so they do not fit the mr it seems. Call and ask?

 

Oh snaps man didn't see that. That is the obvious answer then. So just need a GSR or RS lip. Thnx for the help!

 

yes GSR lip only, can be purchased from a dealer i think they are about 200.00
