Trying to figure out what this green wire is and where it can hook up too. I've ruled out ground wire.

how about giving a little more info. what is it attached to or where on the car you found. aftermarket? oem?

 

It's a Mitsubishi push start. Wasn't installed yet. I bought it off a member here who had it on his Evo. I pmd him when i first bought it but no response. I'm trying to install it but don't know where to connect it.
