replacing US Bumper with European

i would like to replace my US Spec Evo 8's rear bumper to European. do i have to change the re enforcement just the rear bumper?

You re use your bumper retainer which holds by 16?rivets. You have to re rivet them on your new bumper. You either mod your stock crash beam or simply take it off and run without it. You also need to mod your license plate/light holder ( take off and bend the arms that holding plate holder then drill - re-rivet to the arm )
